About the Founder

Joe Wehinger founded United Digital Agency in Los Angeles in 2010 after directing a $1.2M feature film distributed by Warner Bros. and MarVista Entertainment across multiple international territories. A member of the Directors Guild of America and a Kodak Film Scholar, Wehinger represented the United States at the Cannes Film Festival.

He holds a BFA from Chapman University's Dodge College of Film and Media Arts and WSET Level 2 certification with Distinction in wine and spirits — credentials he applies directly to the food, beverage, and lifestyle brand clients United Digital serves. He holds AFM press credentials through the American Film Market, based in Century City, Los Angeles.

Wehinger has led United Digital's growth from a single-market agency to a 17-publication editorial network operating in 16 global markets.
