About:

Joey Kramer is the world-famous drummer for rock bank Aerosmith.  He’s also a coffee lover and created his own coffee brand to be sold via e-commerce and coffee shop.

Challenge: Grow brand awareness, grow community, grow overall sales.

Approach:

We created a digital campaign that involved short videos, social media posts, websites, e-commerce. Each creative element pushed user traffic to a website to collect user’s email, phone number and offered immediate sales options.  This also triggered a follow-up campaign where users received weekly follow-up emails, texts and banner advertising reminding user to buy and / or upsell the purchase.

Result:  Within 120 days, we grew the online community to over 100,000 new members. Website traffic grew 300% and e-commerce sales tripled.

Approach: We produced a series of short videos and creative content for the brand. Each element had objectives, lengths and formatting for different platforms. Brand awareness, highlighting the offers, testimonials, social media themes, sales.  

Result:  Within six months, we grew the online community to over 180,000 new members.

Challenge: Grow ticket pre-sales and merchandising sales.

Approach: We produced videos and digital campaigns that ran 6 weeks before the live event and promoted both the shows and the show-related merchandise. We shot concert footage and audience video testimonials.
